MEET OUR MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Wayne Wood, is an experienced governance professional and the co-founder/Managing Director of Total Business Solutions (TBS).
Prior to his appointment, he held multiple Executive Management positions across various industries in both the private and public sector. Mr. Wood brings to TBS over thirty-three (33) years of professional experience within the accounting industry with a demonstrated high level of skill in Budgeting, Business Planning and Development, Accounting, Tax, and Management. As an active member of his community, Mr. Wood’s efforts span socio-political endeavours and philanthropy.
He is the holder of a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and a Master of Business Administration, from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, Trinidad.
He is also an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators [ICSA]: the Governance Institute (UK).
